Chenchen Liu is an Assistant General Counsel at Orbit Ventures and provides oversight on legal issues primarily for our Orbit Cross Border Program. Before joining Orbit Ventures, Chenchen was an associate at a reputable Chinese law firm in Shanghai, focusing on private investment and venture capital transactions as well as daily corporate legal affairs. She holds a JD from University of Sydney and a LL.M from Georgetown University Law Center
