Chief of Staff at Orbit Ventures, Ander joined the team in January 2025 to support its international expansion and consolidation. In his role, he works closely with the General Partner to strengthen Orbit’s presence across emerging markets, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure operational alignment with the fund’s long-term vision.

Since 2018, Ander has been active in the entrepreneurship and innovation ecosystem, starting with the MTA (Mondragon Team Academy) network under the LEINN (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation) degree. His experience includes serving as International Trade Manager at the Economic and Commercial Office of Spain in Shanghai, supporting Spanish companies entering the Chinese market, and working in Colombia as a consultant within the European Union Trust Fund for Colombia, co-designing sustainable impact business models alongside former FARC combatants. He has also pursued entrepreneurial ventures in Spain and South Korea, gaining first-hand experience in building and scaling projects internationally.

Outside of work, Ander enjoys spending time with his close circle and has a deep love for nature, inherited from his mountaineering family. He has spent summers hiking and climbing mountains, and winters skiing, while also valuing the opportunity to explore new cultures and broaden his perspective through meaningful cross-cultural experiences.
